If you are not sure about how safe it was to take a little bit extra of something you bought at the drug store, you can call the Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222.

If you are worried about overdosing on street drugs, prescription drugs or over the counter medicines, you are right to worry. They can be fatal or cause serious permanent damage if overdosed on.

Overdoses can kill you, but intervention can save your life. If you have overdosed or even THINK you have overdosed, call 911. If you are mistaken, you did what you had to do to protect your life and nobody is going to be upset about that. You are doing the right thing FOR YOU.
