Ok you've got a place.......and now you hear your own echo. Here's how to start setting up your place!

The Basics

Most of your place will be decorated to your own tastes. You get to choose! Here is a short list of things that you might overlook in your excitement, but which you'll miss if you don't have on hand...

  • 1 set of sheets or sleeping bag
  • 1 blanket
  • 1 pillow and pillowcase
  • 1 mattress or sofa bed
  • 1 alarm clock
  • 2 bathroom towels
  • 1 plate, bowl, cup (at least)
  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 pot (with lid)
  • 1 can opener
  • 1 sharp knife
  • Knives, forks, and spoons
  • Dish sponges
  • Dishtowels
  • Table and chairs
