How to do your workout when you do not feel like it

Want to exercise but don’t exactly enjoy going to the gym? Do you feel like a gerbil on a wheel when running on the treadmill? Well, here are a few ways to exercise and feel active without dreading your work out routine:
Tips:
- Remember to keep trying new things until you find something you enjoy.
- Go to the park for pick up games of basketball or other sports
- If there aren’t pick-up games, grab a couple of your friends and organize games of baseball, tennis, volleyball, soccer, football, ultimate Frisbee, or other sports.
- Walk, skate, or bike to your destination instead of drive.
- Take lessons or classes in something you’ve always been interested in like surfing.
- Use the stairs.
- Get outside! —Go hiking or walking.
- Find reasons to move around more-i.e.: Pace while on the phone instead of sitting still.
- Dance! Wonder why you’re sweating so much when you’ve left the club?? You’ve been working out for hours…
