Whether they are aging out of the system, continuing on to college or just trying to find their way, young adults need organized access to the critical resources, life skills and guidance that will help them successfully meet the hurdles, twists and turns of adulthood.
LifePortal.com is a centralized location for young adults ages 16 – 25 that empowers them to find and easily use the local resources, community and government services and planning tools they need to transition into adulthood. With life portal young adults can successfully navigate their life their way.

At LifePortal we believe the key to becoming a successful, thriving adult is having a level playing field – clear, unhindered and immediate access to the programs and resources that can help any person move on with their life. LifePortal.com is designed to be a tool that helps those with the initiative to take advantage of the world around them and move forward, toward their own goals with purpose and clarity. Out mission is to help young adults to help themselves by providing them with life skills that they can use today and tomorrow. It's about empowerment and access; about identifying goals and going after them.
